His creativity in structuring opportunistic and complex transactions across nearly four decades is rooted in proven, trustworthy, and reliable capital and operational solutions that have consistently delivered results through multiple economic cycles. 

Andy's distinguished career includes co-founding Gordon Brothers Finance Company (acquired by Bank of America), establishing Paragon Capital (acquired by Wells Fargo), and building New Alliance Bank's platform that facilitated its sale to First Niagara. He has held senior positions at GMAC Commercial Finance, Capital Source Retail Finance, Wells Fargo, and Strategic Risk Advisors before serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Blue Ridge Bank until 2023. 

A former Commercial Finance Association Director and Bryant College graduate, Andy maintains advisory roles with Birchwood Partners family office and within Jim Davis's (New Balance Chairman) ventures ecosystem. His expertise spans business strategy, consumer goods, restructuring, asset-based solutions, and comprehensive finance across the lower-middle market. 

With experience navigating four credit cycles, Andy delivers a proven "recipe book" for capital success even in challenging economic environments.
